Our package is a 4 Night Stay in India. It consists of Resort/Hotel Stay, Taxi Service, Cell phone service, Doctor’s visit, Prescription medication, Airport pick-up and drop and Man Friday accompanying you through your transit within the city.
What does our Package include?
Help in booking of your flight tickets. We have tied up with a travel partner who will help book your tickets and also help you with your Visa application. You have the option of booking your own flight tickets too. We leave that up to you. The International airport you will be flying into is called Kempegowda International Airport, located in BANGALORE, INDIA. (Airport Code : BLR)
Before you book your tickets, you will need to send us a copy of your Medical reports. We will have the reports looked at by the Doctor here and then advice you on your travel plans to India.
Once your travel plans are confirmed, we will take an appointment for you with the Doctor.
We will pick you up from the Airport. A Man Friday will always accompany you during your transit within the city. He will hand you a cell phone to make calls to your Home country and to help you keep in touch with us during your 4 Day stay in India. The cell phone needs to be handed back to us on your departure. International calls will be charged separately.
We will drop you off at the Resort / Hotel and have a room waiting for you on your name.
Your meals at the Resort/ Hotel will be included in the package. Meals consumed outside during Hospital, pharmacy and tours of the city will not be covered.
A confirmed Doctors appointment will be awaiting you. We will pick you up from the Resort and will drive you down with our Man Friday to the Hospital. The Doctors fee is included in the package.
We will assist you all along if any additional tests are required. You will be hand held all along the way. At no point will you need to figure out procedural requirements. The charges for these tests are not covered in the package. Charges for most of tests are extremely nominal at the hospitals.
Once a prescription is made out we will obtain the drugs from the pharmacy and hand it over to you. You can always tag along to check for authenticity of the drugs.
The package includes Medication pricing limited to Sovaldi, Myhep or an equivalent generic brand of 84 Tablets based on availability. If you need a particular brand please inform us in advance and we can confirm on the availability.
Ribavirin medication of 84 tablets is also included in the above package pricing. If additional tablets of Ribavirin is required by the prescription , price will be an additional $10/box of 28 tablets.
If you are upto it, we throw in a day or two of Sightseeing to check out the city and do some local shopping. Transportation charges are included in the package. Meals are not covered. All along our Man Friday is in contact with the Doctor, Hospital, Medical distributor, Taxi and Resort.
We drop you back to the Airport based on your Return travel date and wish you a speedy recovery.
The Doctor will be available to take questions from your Home country either thru email or phone call (Only during Indian Time work hours)
